Lake Kaniere Homestay overlooks the northern shore of the lake, not 50 meters away. The house is set in native bush, on a cul-de-sac, lakeside road with very little traffic and great views of the lake and surrounding mountains.
Grant & Laura Hinchliff own the Lake Kaniere Homestay and have lived in the area for many years. They are true west coast characters and they now open up their home to show people some good west coast hospitality.

Independence however is the key to this homestay so guests will need to bring their own food and be prepared to clean up and bring firewood...'mucking in' as they say on the West Coast.
